Giorgio Maccini is the leader of the Italian Mafia group named The Occulti and the main antagonist within the Carter Corp series, and is the main (and final) love interest in his own mini-series. He also became Cassidy Sparke's secret fiancé which most players were unaware that it was Giorgio instead of Laurens Van Daele.
Appearance
Giorgio appears to have long brown hair which is tied in an elegant style bun and has dark brown eyes (as the player mistook his eye color for black while she described him) and a slight moustache and beard. His main portrait is depicted being short hair as his hair is naturally long. In his updated appearance, he has a detailed look and another beard was added on his chin to mix up with his moustache and beard from his old portrait, making him to have a slight facial beard.
Giorgio wears five outfits in the game as two of his outfits are revealed in Parker Sparke's mini-series as his tuxedo outfit is also seen in Chapter 4 and his athletic attire from his final chapter of his mini-series.
Giorgio's notable outfit which is a contrast to both Ryan and Mark's corporate outfit; a white formal suit jacket with a matching white long sleeved button-up shirt with a dark gray long neck tie at the collar, white formal pants and black shoes. In his updated appearance, his suit is depicted being pearly white and his long neck tie is shown to be black. He is also equipped with a brown shoulder gun holster where he keeps his dual handguns during the trailers.
His second outfit is yet another white suit similar to his main corporate outfit, with a white formal vest and a light blue long sleeved button-up shirt.
His third outfit was his semi-casual attire similarly to Gabriel Simons's consist of a khaki formal suit jacket with a white T-shirt, khaki formal pants and brown loafers. He wears this in the canonical bad ending while dealing the trials of court for his various crimes including the crimes he had done in the third and final season of Ryan's route and threatening the player over rescuing Ashton who is currently being held captive.
His fourth outfit is a jet black tuxedo similar to Jake Stewart's.
His athletic attire was seen in the final chapter before Leo informs him about the police infiltration led by both Nino and Ashton at the non-canonical good ending. He was seen wearing a black training zip-up jacket with a collar upturned, a shades of gray long sleeved sweatshirt, black trousers and sneakers. When the player takes off his jacket, this shows his shades of gray long sleeved sweatshirt.
- His shirtless appearance was seen in his bald glitch and his body and torso looks like it's a mixture of Gabriel Simons' and Ryan Carter's. In his updated appearance, his body and torso with six-pack abs looks like a mixture between Ashton Darrow and Zac Hudson's. His actual shirtless portrait seen in the final chapter and its trailer has him wearing a pair of black trousers which happens to be his trousers from his athletic attire and wears a black watch with gold linings on his left wrist.
Personality
Like Viktor Bartholy in Mystery Spell, Giorgio is an extremely ruthless and a merciless person with a sadistic sense of humor. He instigates his men to brutally maul the player's younger brother Jason for stealing his luxurious car that he crashed it during the chase. He even lets his men threaten the man to pay a half-a-million dollars as his debt but is willing to kill him if he does not pay for it. He also showed his friendliness to Daryl Ortega when he assisted the player to see him at his casino knowing that he can be trusted and other times he dislikes the player for her disrespectful acts which also displays his cruelty towards women such as making a gun point all over her body so that he can choose to shoot in each part of her body in attempt to kill her which prompts Daryl to stop him at the end of Chapter 3. But at the start of Chapter 4, he finally regains control of himself by sparing the player from being killed and agreed to let Daryl pay Jason's debt during their negotiations by taking the part in the illegal car race to win the prize money. In Chapter 10, he also displays his villainy and lust towards the player when he directly confronts her on the spot and threatening her to meet him as his casino since they successfully took Jason hostage. At the final chapter of the story displays Giorgio's intelligence as the deal he made the player is nothing more but to lure her out to his casino's parking lot so that she and Jason will be mercilessly executed.
He has a creep smile on his face when he became amused and entertained by other people in his illegal business and also appears to be interested in sexy and glamorous women which is why Daryl uses the player as bait to distract him. Giorgio is also the opposite version of Ryan Carter when he takes upon his illegal business in his casino as the Italian Mafia leader and lets his own men guard his place as well as his magnetic charisma and being in control to himself and like Sofia Flores in Blue Swan who speaks her native language Spanish, Giorgio speaks his native language Italian at the final chapter where he is about to execute both the player and Jason and he calls the player as his doll because of her beauty and feistiness.
In Ryan's story within the third and final season, it is revealed that Giorgio participates in the mayoral elections in New York along with Mrs. Chocolate, Laurens Van Daele and Adam's father, the current head of Peterson Industries, Mr. Peterson. In Chapter 9, he displays his confident side to meet up his opponents in the elections as his intimidating approach and his arrogance are being disliked by Ryan Carter during the dinner night due to the fact that he gave his wife a friendly handshake as a greeting. Despite his intimidating appearance, he is shown to be less hostile and becoming supportive due to his role of being a mayoral candidate and also becoming friendly to Mrs. Chocolate. He also reveals to have an automotive business after he gave Ryan some compliment remarks about his answers. Although, he still displays his hostility towards Laurens who is currently in a drunken state while trying to expose most of their baddest secrets including Ryan for doing the illegal take over bid against his best friend Leopold Williamson in the past and exposing Giorgio for being a mafia leader who gets cars and easy money, making him infuriated. Giorgio is also protective to the player after Laurens had almost grope her breasts before collapsing into the ground which led Jake to take him back to the cab for rest and immediately resigns as his bodyguard for the sexual assault he did to the player. He tells the married couple that he would gladly to violently punch Laurens for the sexual assault he did to her. Unaware to Ryan, Jake and the player, Giorgio is in fact concealing his true intentions by pretending to act like a down to earth person.
In Chapter 10, it is revealed that Giorgio and his men were responsible for the food poisoning on children in Havana and to assassinate Ryan when he is having a boat race in Atlantic City which resulted in an explosion and Ryan survives the explosion that ends up getting a dissociative amnesia. His reason for assassinating Ryan is due to his desire to run for politics to become the Mayor of New York City including all of his opponents in the mayoral elections are getting on his way. Giorgio is also displaying his abuse of power and authority as he uses his position as the Mafia Leader to do his dirty work such as poaching some gangs including Rod Silva who were former members of the Dusky Scorpions as well as taking control of both the media and the authorities by paying them in a payroll so that no one is going to expose him and his actions. Parker Sparke also reveals that Giorgio uses his younger sister Cassidy Sparke as a bargaining tool to marry him and is unaware of his dirty deeds due to her wanted to marry a successful businessman to pique their mother's interests. Therefore at the end of the final chapter, it was Cassidy who put him behind bars after learning that he used her all along to set his various crimes in motion and displaying his infidelity towards her, resulting in her breaking his engagement with him. Giorgio is also shocked upon learning that Cassidy is pregnant with his son and she knows that his love is nothing but a manipulation. He continues to threaten the player as the last laugh in the non-canonical bad ending while he was still in prison.
In Joe's story, Giorgio is also responsible for setting up drug traffickings in East Harlem, New York as well as establishing a new casino branch after his current main branch. He also recognizes Joe Kicks with his real name as Joseph Walker when he was confronted by him and the player before he was taken custody by Niño di Luca in both endings.
In Parker's story, Giorgio's personality was toned down and becoming neutral as opposed for being extremely ruthless and a merciless person and he warns the player about the Spanish mafia group called El Manchado who's responsible for attacking a group of activists. However in chapter 3, Giorgio possibly has a connection to El Manchado which Parker is trying to make hints to the player about him as well as meeting up with his sister Cassidy at the end of the same chapter. In chapter 4 and according to Colin, Giorgio is revealed that he has no birthmark on his right hip and confirming he was not a leader of El Manchado but is actually Parker who had the large birthmark on his right hip, signify him as the leader of the mafia group as he, his cousin Rafael and his brother in-law, Gary are connected to the El Manchado. His closeness with Cassidy when she visited her family in Havana is much like he did in the third and final season of Ryan's route and he used her again to lure him to see her father Luis Antonio Toledo who is actually the leader of El Manchado. In the final chapter, it reveals that Giorgio had been assisting Luis within his mafia group to cause more trouble and was never seen again after the latter was finally apprehended and his mafia group had been disbanded.
In his main story which takes place after the events of the third and final season of Ryan's route, Giorgio is revealed to have murdered both Niño di Luca and the player's grandparents with no remorse, leading the player to take a high risk by taking undercover as one of his associates in order get close to him so that she can avenge her grandparents's death. During the initiation rites made up by him, Giorgio is a very lustful person due to his interests with any other women and was uneducated whenever he tortures the player with a needle and cares more about his work than an actual relationship. He eventually warns the player of not making any lies in which he nearly blows the player's cover about her real identity. In Chapter 2 when his negotations with Lana Escobar had failed, Giorgio eventually noticed Lana's weaknesses, leading to their dangerous confrontation but was intervened by the player in order to make Lana leave. Giorgio also shows being a gentleman when he makes a dinner date with the player after her recent actions. In Chapter 3, Giorgio was revealed that he had been testing the player's capabilities by having a catfight with Lana at the jazz restaurant along with her group and was knowledgable about Lana and her drug cartel group whenever they made pit fights with his mafia group. Despite the player's escape from her life after she took out Lana, Giorgio had promoted her as an Associates Head or capo in Italian. Despite the player's success in hacking most of his secret archives within his laptop from his hidden office in order to expose his various crimes from his mafia group, Giorgio had increasingly interested to the player, which led to their unexpected make love sessions in his office as well as calling their first name basis between them. In Chapter 4 like both Jake Stewart, William Sheffield and Zac Hudson, Giorgio is also a natural cook when he cooks food for the player during their formal date. Also, Giorgio became a successor to his late father's leadership in the Occulti. In the final chapter of the story shows more of Giorgio's strong romance when he had sex with the player following their formal date. However in the canonical bad ending, despite his exposure of his various crimes by both Nino and the player, Giorgio remains close to her but his new various crimes had finally set its motion since he mentions about his various crime spree in the third and final season of Ryan's route and he did this by starting off mauling Ashton first with his men from being held captive, causing the player to fight him and his crimes one more time.
Giorgio also calls the player an affectionate nickname as his batticuori or as a heart pounder in English.
Season 1 (Daryl's Route)
Giorgio was mentioned by Jason who is responsible for carjacking his car which resulted in a crash. He let his men beat him down and wants to pay him his debt for ruining his car and Jason ends up getting hospitalized. Inside of his car had so many drugs inside of it. Giorgio first appears in the near end of Chapter 3 where he had a casino business and it was actually his base of operations for his mafia group, The Occulti. He was acquainted with Daryl Ortega who negotiates about Jason's debt. Because of the player's annoyance he takes her as a hostage. In Chapter 4, Giorgio soon controls himself when he accepted about Daryl's request when he races in the illegal car race while he let his men to gunpoint the player to make her keep quiet.
In Chapter 5 he was angered that they didn't have all the money for Jason's debt after the street race but agreed to give them an extension on his deadline if Daryl and the player agreed to pick up a delivery for him, which they agreed to knowing it was sketchy. Later on in Chapter 6 after the deal had gone wrong because the seller was untrustworthy and ran off due to Matt Ortega's intrusion, he refused to listen to Daryl's explanation and threatened to slit his throat if he didn't back off, and made his men throw the player out of the casino when she tried to stick up for her brother when he said that he'd make him pay. It was revealed that Giorgio is having a rivalry with a fellow Mexican gang led by Rodriguez as both of their respective gangs are the most dangerous in New York when he let Daryl and the player to get the delivery package from Rodriguez. At the same chapter during these events, he sent his men to eliminate Jason at the hospital where Daryl and the player rescued him with the help of the famous rapper, Joe Kicks and they give them a car chase. They pursued Daryl's Lamborghini first until they took out Daryl in a beating.
In Chapter 7, Joe joins the fray while the player wants to involve in their fight which she did despite Jason's pleas not to get involved. Therefore, Joe's friends and staffs distract his men long enough for Joe, Daryl, Jason and the player to escape. In Chapter 8 according to Daryl, Giorgio does not giving up in finding Jason and letting his men to find their target but that fails when Joe and his team had Jason hiding at the bushes to keep him safe.
In Chapter 10, Giorgio is revealed to have owned a Mercedes S65 AMG being driven by his driver and he simply observes the player who is horrified to see the car which led her to call Daryl to pick her up which it succeeds. After the player's working hours at Carter Corp, Giorgio personally confronts her as the player recognizes his car last night. With his intimidation, he informs the player that it was pretty dangerous at this late hour of this city and he has some business to do before going back to his car and ordering his driver to leave. At the near end of the chapter, he was revealed to be the caller that Daryl had talked in secret throughout the chapters and the player realizes it was really him when she checked on Daryl's phone. Giorgio finally reveals his true motives to the player that he traces most of Daryl's phone numbers and they also succeeded in taking Jason hostage. Giorgio also displays his interest and lust towards the player and he decides to trade between her and Jason. The player decided to have one condition is to make her brother's life not getting endangered. Giorgio decided to meet her at his casino, not to tell Daryl about this call or Jason's life will be gone forever by throwing him into the arena. Because of Giorgio's threats to the player, she gets Daryl's car keys and drives with his Lamborghini to meet him at his casino after she wrote a letter to him.
At the final chapter of the story, it turns out that Giorgio had lured the player into his trap when he decided to trade the player for her brother Jason and wants to kill both of them mercilessly. Before he could execute them both, it was interrupted by a motorcycle rode by both Matt and Daryl who reveal themselves within their motorcycle helmets and tries to negotiate to free them. But it backfires when Giorgio decided to execute both the player and Jason. Daryl had no choice but to send his men who were a lot stronger than Giorgio's own men which angrily frustrates Giorgio and forcing his men to free the siblings. Giorgio was amused over Daryl's armada as Daryl angrily backs him off, telling him to stay away from both of them and they quickly leave with their respective vehicles once his men leave. It was later revealed that Daryl sacrifices his club business to Giorgio just to pay his debt to save Jason's life. At the near end, he challenges Daryl in an illegal car race and he brings up his black F12tdf Ferrari to battle his Lamborghini as the deal if he wins he'll leave them alone but if he loses he will get his club business as well as the player. The race is finally on as both men driving their respective cars in a faster pace. They were equally matched not until they drove dangerously by bumping each other's car in order to reach to the finish line. Apparently, Giorgio loses to Daryl when his Lamborghini had reached it first. With the deal is made, Giorgio decided to leave them alone the next time they see each other soon and also sees the player stating that he's gonna miss her before driving with his Ferrari along with his men who drove their respective sedan.
In the bad ending, Giorgio drove a blue Bugatti Veyron which is more powerful than Daryl's Lamborghini when they battle in a car race. Giorgio beats Daryl in the race and berates him for his loss before he quickly drove away with his Bugatti.
Season 3 (Ryan's Route)
In the third and final season which takes place three years later, Giorgio was mentioned by Daryl who decided to enter politics to become the mayor of New York. According to Parker Sparke, Giorgio was currently working behind the scenes and tries to eliminate anyone who fights in the mayoral elections on his way while being the owner of Queen's Casino and using his power as the Mafia Leader of the Occulti to bring this opportunity to settle this. He hires Rob Silva who is the notorious gunman in the Silver Gang as well as forcing the Dusky Scorpions into voting him for the elections. He also behind the explosion of the school building and the food poisonings in Havana with his men. He also attempts to assassinate Ryan Carter, the head of Carter Corporation who is revealed to have a desire to run for politics as the Mayor of New York by putting an explosive hidden on his boat which resulted both his boat and his opponent's boat during the boat race in Atlantic City, collided in explosion but Ryan survives the ordeal but suffers from dissociative amnesia. Therefore, he is also behind for poisoning the children by using the food packages coming from Carter Corp in order to tarnish the company's reputation. Giorgio also uses Cassidy Sparke as a mole to check the movements of the employees including her boss Ryan at Carter Corp and also proposes to her marriage in secret. Giorgio also threatens both Mark Leviels and Laurens Van Daele by using his men to scare them off by using death threats and he was using Dr. Shkreli to forge all of Ryan's medical records just to be sure Ryan would never know of his current state from his health condition and Yannis, one of the members of Safeplanet to do all his dirty work but was given a death threat if he didn't get the job done.
He later made his appearance in Chapter 9 where he meets the head of Carter Corporation, Ryan Carter and his wife as well as meeting up with his opponents in the mayoral elections consisting of Mrs. Chocolate, Adam Peterson's father and head of Peterson Industries, Mr. Peterson. He gives the player a friendly handshake, much to Ryan's jealousy only to be stopped by his wife. Giorgio also reveals that he had an automotive business after giving Ryan some compliment remarks on his answers and wanted to hire him as his consultant. When Adam walks away angrily after a fall out between him and his father Mr. Peterson, he reminds himself of how he lives in the harsh streets on his youth (the same way as the Ortega brothers did in the past) and tries to get more cars and easy money. As Laurens Van Daele arrives along with his bodyguard Jake Stewart who stated that his fiancee, Cassidy Sparke is absent and he revels into saying about his opponents baddest secrets including Ryan's. But Ryan clarifies that it was Leopold's illegitimate daughter, Alicia Boone who attempted to kill him. Not before he disrespected Ryan's wife as his opponents in the elections had wanted him to leave and rest because of his drunken state. He also insulted Giorgio for being a leader of his mafia group the Occulti, causing him to get infuriated but he couldn't due to no paparazzi in the area. When he attempted to grope the player's breasts, she avoids it until the latter collapses. Once Laurens was taken inside the cab and Jake immediate resigns his post as his bodyguard to protect the player from his sexual assault, Giorgio finally tells her and Ryan that he would gladly to punch Laurens violently for the sexual assault he did to her before the player decided to move away with her husband. Unaware to Ryan, Jake and the player, that Giorgio conceals his true intentions and he was the one behind the food poisoning on children in Havana and the boat explosion where Ryan had survived and suffers his dissociative amnesia right from the beginning and all his actions in the dinner night was a façade.
In Chapter 10, this further explains his true ulterior motives when Parker tells the player everything regarding about Giorgio and why he decided to marry Cassidy in the first place and makes herself being as his bargaining tool. Parker also knows that he cannot be trusted and he is the most wanted criminal that he was never get caught from the authorities which leads the player to enlist Daryl's group along with Matt, Joe to stop him his elaborate plans but Parker tells them that the only person can stop him was Cassidy. In the final chapter of the story following an infiltration, Giorgio was seduced by the player who he finally tells his true motives to her until they got soaked by the water sprinklers and Daryl arrives to get her causing him to get angry for infiltrating his casino. Later on, he was arrested by the authorities by Cassidy after using her for his own personal agenda, his infidelity and for impregnating her. Cassidy angrily gives Giorgio a powerful slap to the face and finally breaking her engagement with him when Giorgio manipulates her about their love. Inside the station, Giorgio finally exposes his true motives and agenda by threatening Mark Leviels because of his son Nathan and the brutality he gave to him with his men (which is why he was seen without his glasses) and shows his angry frustration over both the player and Cassidy for double crossing him. Giorgio was berated calmly by Ryan after scolding his wife for her disobedience and still supported his wife because she is the one can thwart his maniacal plans. In the non-canonical bad ending, he was happy to see Ryan scolding his wife for her disobedience and for banning her from leaving their home. He later threatens the player one last time when she spent time alone with her son at Reykjavik, Iceland after Ryan leaves back to New York to return back his duties as the CEO of Carter Corp following his withdrawal in his mayoral candidacy.
Season 1 (Joe's Route)
In Joe's mini-series, it was Giorgio who set up his new casino branch in East Harlem, New York as well as the incidents in drug trafficking. He was mentioned by Niño di Luca during chapter 2 when both the player, Doris and Jason are present at the Central Park and warns her about Giorgio and he is the only criminal that has never been caught. Giorgio was also responsible for knocking the player's older sister Rosa when she defends her sister from his men. At the final chapter, he made his presence known and he recognizes Joe as his real name, Joseph Walker when both of them confronts him. In both endings whether Joe is present or not, he was apprehended by Niño when he and his group of authorities had infiltrated his casino in a bust operation.
Season 1 (Parker's Route)
Giorgio made his appearance in chapter 3, where Parker takes many hints about him towards the player if he was connected to the Spanish mafia group, El Manchado. He is last seen hanging with his former fiancee and Parker's sister Cassidy following her visit in Havana to meet up with Parker and Parker had disapproves their former relationship between them. At the final chapter of the story, it was revealed that Giorgio was assisting Luis Antonio Toledo to do his recent criminal activities with his mafia group and using his closeness to Cassidy to get to Luis and his hacienda. Giorgio is nowhere to be seen again after Luis and his nephew Rafael were apprehended by Jake along with Colin, Doris and Parker to rescue the player.
Season 1
Giorgio's route takes place after the events of the third and final season of Ryan's route. It was revealed that he is able to get himself free from prison using both his power and wealth and to escape from his incrimination during court trials. He continued his mafia business at the Queen's Casino afterwards.
Giorgio had given the player his initiation rites since she has been working with him as his associate for several weeks. The player remembers of how Giorgio had murdered both her and Nino's grandparents and the main reason why she had taken a high risk by taking undercover to become one of Giorgio's loyal associates. Giorgio calmly asked her if she is ready which she quickly accepts. So Giorgio prepares three things while they do their initiation rites, one fruit, a fig, a needle and a bullet. So the player picks a fig which Giorgio explains all these rites referring about a single thing especially he told her that never breaks or dishonor these rites if they became traitorous. The player still thought about why she was taking undercover in the first place as well as her things used for spy missions like concealing her necklace is to know more about Giorgio and his main elaborate plan and remarking him being a godfather or a don of New York City. Giorgio became close to her while continued their initiation rites which she loyally accepts and calling him a 'don'. As soon as the initiation rites begins even the player is getting ready for this, Giorgio is getting closer to her due to his interest and he pricks her hand with a needle causing her to have a friction. The player doesn't mind the pain while Giorgio explains that pain was necessary. Despite the pain he did to her while deep down, she is not like Giorgio who treated her this way and her brother Nino had been warned her that her temper gets the better of him. But Giorgio instead telling her that he was her desire knowing that he loves his feistiness. He soon tells her to swear alegiance to his own mafia family which she accepts by kissing to his hand. Giorgio eventually cleans up the blood on her hand with his handkerchief and he keeps it stating that her blood is now his. Afterwards, he welcomes the player to his mafia family group as the long haired man arrives to see them. Giorgio introduces the player to Leo who works as his right-hand man and calls him as The Belva and he will be the one who make direct orders to the player by giving a task at hand. As he leaves, Giorgio continues their initiation rites while informing her about the brains and the brawn. He gets the bullet while trying to test the player's loyalty between a bullet and a weapon the player refused because she doesn't need a weapon to prove it. Giorgio became a little suspicious to the player's answer as she stated if she had answered him correctly. Despite the setback, Giorgio welcomes the player to his mafia family and tells her that his mafia family will give her desire if she succeeds in those assignments being given to her. The player was initially think about the 'desire' he meant about and soon accepts loyally. It was interrupted by Leo due to their important matters and Giorgio tells her that their initiation rites is over. While being escorted back to the casino entrance hall by Leo. She asked him about Giorgio which he replies that he had treated them nicely if they would succeed in their missions being given. Leo eventually gives her the paper where his number was written along with an encrypted code this will contact him if she would give him the signal. He actually gives her the assignment of getting the assets from other businesses that Giorgio was dealing with in Brooklyn, New York. Knowing it was an old scam used by the group, the player accepts the assignment since Leo had appointed her to Antonio during the assignment. Despite acting serious to do this assignment, she noticed that Leo had stared at her like daggers, knowingly that she cannot be trusted and warns her that he'll be watching her. Returning back to her apartment, she receives a call from Ashton Darrow. It was revealed that the player formerly works as a prosecutor who brings criminals behind bars upon reading the evidence and findings of their recent crimes during court hearings. She also had two cellphones she had brought, one is where she works in the Occulti while the other cellphone is her personal one. Ashton calls her because of her current well being. She tells him to meet him personally at the coffee shop. Upon meeting each other there, She finally tells Ashton about her work undercover, much to his anger and concern knowing that it was highly risk for her to do so and they discuss about Giorgio and the Occulti since he was the one who gave her the necklace so that she will hear their true motives of their crimes.
Ashton was annoyed to see the player's behavior after learning of this and asking what Giorgio looks like. The player tells him about Giorgio's magnetic charisma as the leader of the Occulti since he made an initiation rites for her to join his mafia family. Seeing the player's confidence, Ashton reminds her about their high school days. Just as she told him about her personal vendetta on Giorgio for murdering her grandparents while working undercover in the Occulti, Ashton angrily warns her that they are in a public place and they can hear their conversation by the walls. Ashton gradually agrees to help the player to stop Giorgio from the shadows as he uses his legal department office at Carter Corp as it means to help his friend from these sort of danger. It was revealed according to the player, she was fired by her former boss in the agency she had worked as a prosecutor where Giorgio's cases have gone wrong in the trial. So Ashton wants to help her dealing against Giorgio and not to make another failure like the first. The player thanked him for her help and asking if her necklace with a microphone are still working which he answers yes. While undercover in the wee hours in the morning, she meets up with Jason and Antonio at Brooklyn whom the Consigliere had appointed her to work under him. She knew that they're working illegally and both went inside the car as Antonio drove them from Brooklyn to Manhattan. The player targets Jason who is more chatty than Antonio and trying to ask him curious questions and Jason reveals that Giorgio is mostly interested in sexy women because he's good on seducing them and the mafia itself sometimes making a party or playing poker. Antonio works as one of Giorgio's chief associates who looks after the lower ranks. Arriving at Chez Felipe, they meet Felipe which is the owner of the restaurant while trying his new flavored pizza, it was revealed that Felipe has been paying by Giorgio and his mafia group for protection despite his dislike towards him because he is a dangerous criminal that was never caught by the authorities. Suddenly, a group of mobsters from the Belva tried to attack them and Jason dubs them as the Irish. The player noticed Antonio managed to subdue its chief associate which resulted their fight in a draw, the player took down two of them with her hand-to-hand combat techniques and to Jason's surprise. After the player had subdued some other mobsters from a different mafia group at Chez Felipe, Antonio gets up and informs them to tied them up using a black zip after he immediately called Leo. Jason excitedly asks of how she can fight them only to reply him that it was just basic instincts (since she doesn't want them to blow her real cover). Leo had discovered the incident as Antonio was safe and sound while showing his other personality for being concern towards others and seeing the other members of the Belva are down. He soon asks them both of who took two of them down which Jason pointed out it was the player who did it. Due to his suspicions over the player, she tells him of how she learn to fight them like both boxing or training in the gym which Leo responds that he actually done the same but nevertheless he tells her to meet Giorgio at his office in private. At the end of the first chapter during one-on-one closed door meeting, Giorgio eventually confronts her and warns her not to make any lies or her life will be perished knowing that he wants to know the whole truth from the player and her combat prowess.

- In his dubbed icon, Giorgio's surname Maccini is used. In Ryan's route in the third and final season, his name became as Mr. Maccini.
- His role is based on the drug lords in 2 Fast 2 Furious and Fast and Furious who serves as the main villain in their respective films.
- According to Giorgio himself, he formerly lives with his big family in Naples, Italy when the player personally asked him about his childhood. - Fans criticizes the plot of Giorgio's mini-series due to the game itself being a clickbait, the change of Giorgio's main personality once they read its fourth chapter and has a lack of dark romance.
- Giorgio is the first mini-series to have a secret ending that would ended the mini-series immediately rather than finishing it through the final chapter if the player chooses to put poison on their wine during their formal date. The secret ending parallels the canonical bad ending of Viktor's route where Viktor suffered from the blood poisoning after he kills the player by biting her to drain her blood but Viktor survived the blood poisoning with the use of grimoires and the blood of his Councilors prior to the events of Conrad's route. In Giorgio's case, he and the player are both died from poison once they drank the wine that the player had put a poison on it.
